It presents Smart Capital Council Club (the "Club"), a private group of board members, executives, family offices and entrepreneurs who jointly review investment opportunities in unlisted companies, and allows users to contact the Club to apply for membership or to present a company.

Smart Capital Council, S.L. acts solely as the coordinating and promoting entity of the Club. It is not an investment services firm, a credit institution, a collective investment undertaking or a venture capital entity, and it is not registered with or supervised by the Spanish National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) or the Bank of Spain.

Nothing on this website constitutes a public offer to sell or subscribe for securities, an invitation to invest, a personalised recommendation, or financial, legal or tax advice. The Club does not solicit funds from the public. Each member freely decides whether to take part in each transaction and with what amount, and makes their investments individually and under their sole responsibility.

Membership of the Club is independent of being a shareholder of Smart Capital Council, S.L., and does not entail holding any of its share capital or any obligation to invest in a specific transaction.

Investing in unlisted companies, particularly at early stages, is illiquid and high-risk and may result in the loss of all the capital invested. The activity figures published on this website (number of members, transactions or amounts deployed) are indicative, refer to the past and are not indicative of future returns.
